About
About This Site
This site was created independently by a community member moved by Quentin’s story and the way he brought people together. It is a place to preserve videos, photographs, and memories of “The Dancing Man” in one respectful, community-centered space.
This is an independent community tribute. It is not the official site of the Ratliff family, law enforcement, the City of Olive Branch, or any other organization.
The site is intended to honor Quentin and preserve the memories people wish to share. Content is reviewed before publication. If Quentin’s family wishes to provide guidance, request changes, or coordinate with the site, those wishes will be respected.
Family members or close contacts may reach the site administrator at memorial@grounded.ceo.
